About Our Team
Dr. Paul David Reynolds
Dr. Paul Reynolds started Southeastern Podiatry Clinic in 2005 and is dedicated to providing a high standard of podiatric care in his practice! He is a proud graduate of Florida State University and Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency at VAMC Atlanta/Decatur Hospital in primary podiatric medicine and podiatric surgery. During his time here he was chief resident of podiatry. He is board certified in Podiatric Surgery and Wound Care.
Dr. Reynolds was born and raised a Florida State fan! This passion continued when he attended FSU for his undergrad and served as a student athletic trainer for the FSU football team. He is a happily married empty nester and has two beautiful children. When he is not at work, he loves to spend time with his family and is very involved at his church. He also loves everything Disney and enjoys playing chess every chance he gets! He is here to serve you and our community!

Dr. Brian E. McCarthy
Dr. Brian McCarthy joined our practice in January of 2020 and has been a great asset to our office. He is board certified in Podiatry and is board certified in foot and ankle surgery. He joins us from Brooksville, Florida, where he practiced for twenty seven years.

Dr. Rebeca Ray-Gillis
Dr. Rebeca Ray-Gillis graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL with a Bachelors in Athletic Training. She worked as an athletic trainer for collegiate softball, tennis, and women’s soccer teams. She graduated from Barry University’s School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, FL. She was chief resident and completed her surgical residency training at Westchester General Hospital in Miami,FL.
Dr. Ray-Gillis is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Her specialized interests include general podiatric medicine, conservative and surgical treatments of foot deformities, sprains, and sports related injuries.
Dr. Ray-Gillis was born in Bogota, Colombia, but grew up in South Florida. She is married with two daughters. She loves to spend time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and camping. Her and her family are excited to move to Tallahassee and explore all the natural beauty the area has to offer.
